- Constituting the band between Wilshire Blvd. and Olympic Blvd. and running from the business district at Lincoln Blvd. east to Centinela, the Mid-City area has relatively few single-family homes. It does, however, boast a large percentage of Santa Monica’s condo and townhouse market as well as fair amount of the city’s residential income opportunities (duplexes, triplexes, small apartment buildings). One bedroom condos can be found in the under-$500,000 range with the largest and newest condos going for a little over $1,000,000.
